Windsurfing

The protected flat water inside the reef makes learning to windsurf a breeze. From the months of December through June, winds average 10-25 knots.

Experienced windsurfers will enjoy high winds and flat water sailing close to shore. For those who are more skilled, two channel cuts can be found just south of our launch site and provide great wave sailing opportunities for the more advanced windsurfer.

Rental Equipment

Our rental office is located right on the beach in front of Holiday Hotel. Rental equipment includes Starboard, F2, Mistral, and JP boards along with Tushingham and Neil Pryde Sails. Our facilities are equipped with three safety boats for your windsurfing enjoyment.

Instruction and Packages

We offer a special 7-day package ideal trip for beginner/intermediate windsurfers. Sail the outer atolls and explore the Mayan ruins. Combine both windsurfing and non-windsurfing activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, and sailing a Hobie catamaran.
